1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Eire Tuners website and utilizing our automotive customization services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Eire Tuners in Dublin, Ireland. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Performance & Aesthetic Modifications

Eire Tuners provides high-performance tuning, engine diagnostics, and exhaust system upgrades. Clients acknowledge that:

• Modifications may void manufacturer warranties.
• Certain high-performance tuning is intended for track use and may be subject to local NCT regulations.
• Eire Tuners is not responsible for secondary mechanical failures resulting from extreme performance demands placed on aged or poorly maintained vehicles.

3. Booking and Deposits

To secure a tuning or customization slot at our Arbour Hill facility, a deposit may be required. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technical requirements or parts delivery delays.

4. Warranty on Workmanship

We take pride in our technical authority. We provide a 12-month warranty on our workmanship. This does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or third-party modifications made after our service. Parts used are subject to the manufacturer's specific warranty terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and imagery of modified vehicles, is the property of Eire Tuners. Unauthorized use of this material is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eire Tuners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our modified parts or services. Road safety is the responsibility of the driver at all times.
